You have 7 working days from the date of receipt to request a return if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and all tags intact.
Personal items (such as earphones/headphones for hygiene), items on clearance sale, and items with a broken seal are not eligible for a return or refund unless defective upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. For defective items, Pettah Shop will cover the return shipping costs.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@pettahshop.lk or visit our physical location.
